I have not had the unit very long, so I can not attest to any long term durability. But short term, this is a pretty solid, quality built unit. Has very nice features, in a pretty small package considering what you are getting, and the 600 watt AC inverter. A little on the heavy side, but expected for the amount of "Battery" that it is. The digital display and radio work nice. AC plug ins are solid and sturdy. Nice to have the 3 AC outlets. Provides very smooth electrical output. Long lasting power also, performed as advertised on their watts/run time chart under the Product Description. Same with DC outlet (ran a 13 watt light off of that). Pretty bright built in light. Many people would prefer LED's, but I like the more "natural" light. Also, 2 really nice features to have (that the Black & Decker doesn't I might add). The first, to be able to keep the unit plugged in all the time and fully charged and ready when you need it. The second, you can extend battery operating times by connecting the included jumper cables to a larger external battery. I have not used the jumper cables for this yet, or to jump start a vehicle.
I appreciated how well the Duracell was built after comparing it to the Black & Decker Electromate 400 (PS400JRB). I returned two of these units to Amazon and decided that was enough. The Black & Decker was very cheaply made. The first unit I received, would not take a charge; right out of the box. After Returning it, the second unit I received the radio didn't not work and the volume knob just spun freely with no adjustment to the sound. After returning the second one, I went with the Duracell. Spend a little ($30) more for the Duracell, you will get 200 Watts more power, more features, and 100% better quality and craftsmanship.
